Your training plan
A structured stay, with a plan for home.
Training through the daily routine
Focused sessions are supported by consistent handling, exercise, scheduled rest, and everyday boundaries. Skills and pace follow the dog's individual program.
Realistic behavior goals
Confidence, distractions, and behavior concerns are addressed when appropriate. Field trips may be included based on readiness; complex cases can require additional time and ongoing work.
Transfer lessons and updates
Weekly Paw Partner updates describe progress. Transfer lessons explain cues, tools, handling, rewards, and the home routine so you can continue the training.

Planning from Stevenson Ranch
Plan visits and practice before you enroll
Stevenson Ranch owners comparing private lessons with a training stay should account for the transfer lessons as well as the weeks at the ranch. Board and train gives our team time to build foundations, but it does not remove the need for owner participation. Discuss your schedule and the home routine you can maintain before selecting a program.
